large firewood operations the 24HPWS commercial firewood splitter is in a class of it's own! Because
it has a 24 HP engine we are able to use a single stage hydraulic pump.

HPWS is a high performance commercial firewood splitter with an
exceptionally fast cycle time.
Model PT01 Tractor Powered Processor
- Built-rite offers 2 power take off operated processors.
Feature and production wise the PT01 tractor powered firewood
processor operates very similar to the
30SCP. A great
alternative to the self-contained units for a lot less money.
Model PT02 Tractor Powered Processor
- Feature and production wise the PT02 tractor powered
firewood processor is similar to the
86SCP except for
the auto-stop system.

Model 18SCP Firewood
Processor - This
firewood processor model is ideal for the start-up operation or
part-time firewood producer. With production of about 1 full cord/hr.
this unit will save you time and labor. The 18SCP-HP firewood
processor is equipped with a log loader which can also be used
as a log deck when placed in an upright position. The 20" hyd. chainsaw
allows fast cutting of logs up to 16" in diameter and 16' long. Powered
by a reliable 24 H.P. Honda motor the 18SCP firewood processor
is a real performer.
Model 18SCP-D Firewood
Processor - This diesel version of the already very popular
18SCP firewood processor has created a truly high
output small processor! Powered by a 33.5 HP, 4 cyl. Kubota Diesel and a
cool running, long lasting tandem pump, this machine can produce up to 1
1/2 - 2 full cords per hour.
Model 24SCP Firewood
Processor - The 24SCP is the least expensive in our line of
full size firewood processors. The hydraulic system on
the 24SCP firewood processor is the same as the
18SCP-HP firewood processor but due to the larger frame
size it has many additional features, the most important being the
"BUILT-RITE MULTI-WEDGE", The 24SCP firewood processor
has a 25" hyd. chainsaw allowing it to handle logs up to 22" in diameter
by 22' long. A 12' long skidway and an operators seat are standard on
the 24. A 10' long live deck with log stop is optional.
Model 30SCP Firewood
Processor - Powered by a fuel efficient
33.5 HP Kubota
motor, the 30SCP firewood processor is truly a high
performance mid-sized processor. Due to the increased power of the
diesel the main pump section on the 30 is larger than the 24 which means
faster cutting and splitting. The 30 SCP comes standard with a 10' 2
strand live deck with log stop.
Model 40SCP Firewood
Processor - A high production, inexpensive firewood
processor that cuts and splits at the same time!! Powered by a
46HP Kubota Diesel coupled to a triple hyd. pump, this machine can
produce up to 2-1/2 full cords per hour.
Model 50SCP Firewood
Processor - Powered by a 68HP Kubota motor, the 50SCP
firewood processor is designed to give you maximum
output for your dollar! With a splitter cycle of 6 seconds and a fast
cutting hydraulic chainsaw this unit up to three full cords of firewood
per hour! The s strand live deck allows for a variety of length of logs
to be loaded on this versatile deck.
Model 86SCP Firewood
Processor - Our top of the line firewood processor!
Powered by a 83
HP Kubota motor, this unit has
power to spare. With a high speed 5 second cycle time and 8 way wedge
you can produce up to 4 cords per hour. This model feature is the Auto
Stop System, which allows you to advance the log to an exact cut length
with the push of a button. The 86SCP firewood processor
also comes with a high speed, high torque, hydraulic chainsaw with
titanium harvester bar for exceptional cutting speed.

Heat Source Outdoor Wood Furnace -
HEATSOURCE 1 operates on a simple but very efficient principle.
The furnace heats water to its optimal heating temperature which is
constantly maintained by automatic controls. The heated water is then
piped underground through insulated pipes to the desired location; this
transfer of water is more efficient than forced air. A circulation pump
continuously circulates the heated water to provide proper heat
distribution and ensure that the desired temperature is maintained. A
domestic hot water assembly is available which attaches to your present
hot water heater to provide you with a near constant flow of hot water for
your home use.
